A letter to Tech Support "Upgrading Boyfriend"
Saw the below post in friend's friend's post. meaningful, so coppied it down as I just upgrade mine.
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Dear Tech Support,
Last year I upgraded from Boyfriend to Husband and noticed a distinct slowdown in overall system performance -- particularly in the flower and jewellery applications, which operated flawlessly under Boyfriend.
In addition, Husband uninstalled many other valuable programs, such as Romance and Personal Attention and then installed undesirable programs such as Super 14; Fishing; Football and Golf Clubs. Conversation no longer runs, and Housecleaning simply crashes the system.. I've tried running Nagging to fix these problems, but to no avail. What can I do?
Signed, Desperate .....................................................................
Dear Desperate,
First keep in mind, Boyfriend is an Entertainment Package, while Husband is an Operating System. Please enter the command: 'http: I Thought You Loved Me.html' and try to download Tears and don't forget to install the Guilt update.
If that application works as designed, Husband should then automatically run the applications Jewellery and Flowers. But remember, overuse of the above application can cause Husband to default to Grumpy Silence, Happy Hour or Beer. Beer is a very bad program that will download the Snoring Loudly Beta.
Whatever you do, DO NOT install Mother-in-law (it runs a virus in the background that will eventually seize control of all your system resources). Also, do not attempt to reinstall the Boyfriend program.. These are unsupported applications and will crash Husband.
In summary, Husband is a great system, but it does have limited memory and cannot learn new applications quickly. You might consider buying additional software to improve memory and performance.
We recommend Food and Hot Lingerie..
Good Luck, Tech Support

By Age 30
7 things I want to accomplish by age 30!!
- Pay off my “stupid” car loan
For people who have a good sense of finance will not tie up with a car loan more than 5 years, but I’ve a 7 years car loan which I borrowed back in March 2007. Nothing much I can do now as all the excess money I have already dumped into my house loan.
- Pay off my house loan.
Yeah~ this sounds great isn’t it?! Well, it is not easy, we have to pay at least a montly installment of RM3, 158.00 (annual installment of RM37, 896.00) bases on the assumption the interest rate remain 3.75% for the following 6 years.
- Our first baby age 2 years old.
Hehe, let say our wedding is not later than Feb, 2011, I might need at least 6 months to improve my health so that my body can take it when I conceive the first baby.
For those that don’t know, I’ve a bad health record with high cholesterol rate, high urine acid and low white blood cell. And I have to be on diet so that I can be in perfect shape during my wedding day, so I don’t think so I can be healthy enough once after my wedding.
- My monthly salary hits at least RM5k.
Yes, for me and my family to have a better life, I must have monthly salary of RM5k by age 30. Only by that, I can have a second baby at age 32. Living standard in KL is too high and we have to cope with the inflation rate of at least 4.5% a year.
- Maintaining my weight at 47kgs and have a clean health record.
This is a must. I don’t want to look like an “aunty” by age 30. I just want to look more lady like and more charming. Yeah, I can do it. I also want to improve my health condition by doing more exercise and have a good daily routine practice (Go to bed at 11p.m. at wake up at 6.30a.m.).
- Visited at least 5 countries.
Travel is a good investment. We can learn about other people cultures and we can be more aware of what happening outside the countries. So far I’ve visited Hong Kong, China (which I consider both of them as 1 country), Singapore (which I only went to the Sing Lim square due to business purpose ~sigh~, I must visit there again) , my next destination will be Taiwan. What are the other 2 countries? Well, I think I should explore the Europe countries, so maybe London, err...ya...and also, Australia, which is my dear favorite spot.
- Promoted to managerial level.
By age 30, I’ll have 8 years working experience. It shouldn’t be hard for me to get at least an assistant manager title.

Starting A Day Care Business
People who is close to me might probably know my dreams.
I would like to retire from corporate world at age 36, when I am debt free, to spend more times with my family and start up my own business- day care.
Why day care, the main reason is purely because I love kids so much. While you can make money with your own interest, why not??!!
In planning your own day care facility, you will need careful planning so that you do not find yourself confused and at a loss on the tasks you need to finish. An organized checklist will help you prioritize and finish all that you are required to do.
For starters, you will need to have a clear definition of your day care. A definition of what your day care facility will be very useful in setting your policies.
• Will you be starting your own daycare facility?
• Will you be franchising from an established day care center?
• What age group will you cater to?
• How many children will you have in your day care facility?
• How many staff members will you be hiring?
• What will your employee’s job descriptions be?
• Will you be having an everyday program?
• Will you be having an after-school care program?
• Will you be offering overnight care giver programs?
• Will you be offering part-time day care programs?
Next, you will have to consider where you will be putting up your day care center. This part would need a bit of research on your part and a check into your finances.
• Will you be establishing a home-based day care center?
• Will you be renting out a space for your day care facility?
• What are the zoning regulations in the area?
• What is the market potential in the area?
• What is the neighborhood like?
Afterwards, you will need to legitimize your day care venture. This would ensconce your business on solid, and legal, ground. You will again need to research on this area.
• What is a business plan and how do you make it?
• What would be a good business name?
• How will you acquire permits and licensing for your business?
• How do you get and purchase insurance?
After getting the necessary permits and license for your business, you now have to focus your energies into the financing of your day care facility.
• How do you make a worksheet for your start up costs?
• What are the spaces, documentation, equipment, and other material you need to pay for?
• How much will you need to keep your day care facility running every month?
• What are the ways to save up on your expenditures?
• Can you use your personal finance, such as home equity loans and credit cards, to fund your day care facility?
• How can you apply and be eligible for government grants and subsidies for day care centers?
• How are you going to price your services?
• How much profit do you foresee?
• How do you make an efficient financial worksheet that can keep track of all your spending and profits?
The checklist you have above will surely assist you in making sure that your business becomes a success. It might be hard work but the gratification to be gained from a day care business will be truly worth it.

Global Gold Price
I've put in another live chart index. "Global gold Price".
Initially, my main purpose is to keep my dear updated on the current gold price as he will be taking care on our wedding bands. So, he must be very alert on the right time to buy in.
The calculation is per below.
1. Convert the global price to /gram price.
Conversion : 1 troy ounce = 31.1034768 grams
2. Convert the USD to RM base on current currency exchange rate.
Might refer to oanda.com.
I will try to upload a Malaysia Gold Price Index Chart, but I am still figuring on how to work on it.
Hehe.
But, then, I found out, by monitoring on the gold price fluctuation, we might find a good time to invest on gold as well.
